We offer a straightforward refund policy. If we are unable to deliver the promised services within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a refund.
Refunds are processed when a campaign fails to start, when there is a partial delivery, or if the delivered service does not match the description provided at checkout.
Services that have been fully delivered and verified cannot be refunded. Custom strategy consultations after they have been conducted are also non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
